Shadow Art

3D sculptures that project three different silhouettes in dimensions. This animated film, Silhouettes Of Jazz outlines the history of traditional jazz music in a virtual walkthrough of a shadow art museum. The technology was presented at ACM SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 and a summary of the paper, presented by Niloy J. Mitra, Mark Pauly is available here.
