Sketch2Photo automatically composites a photo, to a user’s sketched plan, from content extracted from images on the Internet. Pretty cool!

There was an online version but it’s down at the moment due to too much interest! The link to their site has more information on this, the demo and their paper which was presented at SIGGRAPH ASIA 2009. (via Gizmodo)

Reminds me of Image Retargeting; an impressive image resizing technique that restructures the image.
