Shidonni - simple animation tool brings kid’s animal drawings to life. Other similar tools I’ve come across are:

The Cartoon Studio (drag and drop animations and sounds - hover over their [?] symbol for help)
Shapeshifter (create animations from geometric shapes)
Whacky Dutch Sketch Studio (English translation - although the showroom might be better).
